The Weber Spirit is well built and works great. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The instructions were O. K. It has no fuel gauge that I would like to see on the product.
Very nice Grill. I timed the assembly and it took me 1 Hr. 15 min. and I was cooking! The heat is evenly displaced and does’nt seem to use a lot of propane for cooking.
Clean up is a breeze. From time of order to the product arriving was 7 days.(holiday included) Not bad for 120 pounds. I would recomend Weber Spirit E-210 Propane Grill to anyone!

I love this thing. I just got it, put two chickens on, and 1.5 hours later was eating the juiciest, tastiest chickens I have ever had. I had debated the purchase, thinking that this was just going to be another gadget I would use once and then never again.
I had been told that the meat comes out no differently than if you just lay it on the grill, and that the motors on rotisseries are loud and obnoxious. Neither statement could be further from the truth. The meat is juicier due to the self-basting aspect, and the motor on this unit is virtually silent.
Also, having the counterweight is a great plus for irregularly shaped items. This is a great purchase, and very well built in typical Weber fashion. Highly recommended.

This smoker works great, and is very easy to use. Put your food in and forget about it! So far I have made ribs and salmon, both turned out really well. Service was wonderful, price the best and received Old Smokey in good condition.
We are having lots of fun learning how to smoke and slow cook in our new smoker. We wish we would have purchased one earlier.If you like BBQ and don’t want to have to watch and feed a smoker all day long this is your best choice.
The meat is always moist and tender if properly prepared. It is fairly hassle free, being electric. I Highly recommended.
