Are you looking for Grill Book? Weber Big Book of Grilling is GREAT! This book has everything a griller could need. The layout is easy to read and the pictures/illustrations are very helpful.
There’s several sections for beginners, from learning how many coals to use on a charcoal grill to how long to cook different vegetables, even charts that layout what part of a cow/chicken/etc. your cuts of meat come from. The recipes are great, and the section of recipes for marinades/rubs has a lot to choose from. I’d highly recommend Weber Big Book of Grilling to anyone who enjoys grilling or is learning how.
